QUEENIE'S BRIGADE At Library Journal & SFR Events Roundup

I've got a few fun things to share. First, some exciting news:

In Librarian's Best Books of 2011: Ebook Romance at Library Journal, Marlene Harris (Reading Reality blogger and creator of Ebook Review Central) blogged about "the top five 2011 ebook romances that stuck with her in a year of memorable love stories..." One of the books is QUEENIE'S BRIGADE, my science fiction romance novella from Red Sage. Needless to say, I'm incredibly delighted and honored.

Ms. Harris has been an enthusiastic supporter of SFR, so please read her friendly and informative posts and reviews at Reading Reality!

Second, ongoing events and giveaways:

Jeanette Grey has launched her book tour to celebrate the release of her cyberpunk romance, UNACCEPTABLE RISK (Samhain Publishing), which releases tomorrow! She's at The Book Nympho today with an interview and is giving away acopy of UNACCEPTABLE RISK. Click here to see the dates of her other stops, including one at The Galaxy Express on 12/15.

Jessica E. Subject's "Light up the holidays with Sci-Fi Romance" is in full swing. Today's featured author is Sara Brookes and she has a giveaway on tap. The event runs all month long; click here for the complete schedule.

The 2011 SFR Holiday Blitz launched this week with lots of fun sci-fi romance titles up for grabs!

Third, I'm blogging at Heroes and Heartbreakers about the alien lover fantasy in science fiction romance: Men Are Really From Mars: Alien Lover Fantasies. Come on over and share your favorite!

In non-SFR blogging news, I'm having waaaay too much fun at The Biopunk Reader where author Christine Danse (ISLAND OF ICARUS) is kindly hosting my post about Repo! The Genetic Opera: The Biopunk-Rock Musical Mashup of the Century. It's a film you won't soon forget.

Joyfully yours,

Heather
